The AIRE Assessment™ is provided for informational and educational purposes only. Results do not constitute professional advice, employment recommendations, or technology endorsements.

Employment Decisions

AIRE results shall NOT be used as the sole basis for hiring, firing, promotion, or compensation decisions. Employers using this service agree to this restriction upon sign-up.

Data Retention

Assessment data is auto-deleted after 3 years unless the user opts to keep it. You may request data deletion at any time.

CCPA Compliance

California residents have the right to request access, deletion, and portability of their personal data.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AIRE Assessment™ and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this service.
